Eugene Chang Headshot

"I decided to join Phase Four full time as a Fluid Systems Engineer two months into my internship because within those two months, I felt as if I've gained a full year's worth of experience. As a fresh college grad, it seemed unimaginable to me that I was able to take ownership of my own projects and make my own design choices as an intern. My time at Phase Four had an actual impact on the product, and I feel like a valued member of the team. It's an amazing feeling to be able to come into work and have a new challenge to tackle every day. I'm very glad to be able to work on cutting-edge tech with an awesome team!"
